If you are not on the list

Call us anyway. The list is where we work most weeks, not a fence. If you are a little outside it we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you reliably — and if we cannot, we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.

We would rather turn down work than promise a visit we cannot make. Someone waiting at home for help that does not arrive is the worst thing this industry does.
